Responsibilities



  • Serve as the Business Relationship Manager for the executives and senior managers in your division
  • Manage scrum and project teams delivering solutions for our employees, distributors and business partners, including solutions in core Salesforce as well as Salesforce communities
  • Ensure your teams are delivering and adhering to processes and fully utilizing our suite of tools
  • Monitor and evaluate teams' efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage staff, including career development and resource planning
  • Communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams
  • Manage relationships with vendors such as Salesforce and other partners


Requirements



  • 8+ years of experience, preferably including project management, business analysis, and quality assurance
  • Be an energetic, customer-focused, technically savvy individual with a hands-on approach; you aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and dig into issues with your teams
  • Experience in an agile application development environment
  • Previous experience leading a technical team
  • Be willing to step in and perform a variety of tasks to support your teams
  • Understanding of technical jargon and ability to communicate it in layman's terms to non-technical participants
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's in any field

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce

$112,320 $187,200 USD
