Confidential POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Position Overview Maintains, repairs, and installs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems and associated components, primarily boilers (steam and hot water) and centrifugal air conditioning system. Also maintains, repairs, services and installs cooling towers, packaged self-contained AC units, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in freezers, coolers and similar equipment. Main duties include:
This is a temporary position and could end November 14, but does have the possibility to extend until April. $31.83 to $31.83 per hour REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Education and Experience: May work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard and/or carpeted floors, cement structures and surfaces, depending on specific work site. May be periodically exposed to confined spaces, hot and cold temperatures, and inclement weather conditions, or other work conditions determined by nature of work.
