Overview Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for Sales Operations? We are seeking a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst to provide top-tier analytical support and visibility for key business segments. This role will collaborate with Business Development, Group Presidents, Legal, Marketing, and Finance teams. We are looking for an energetic and inquisitive individual who excels at mining data and creating compelling visualizations to support our Sales and Operational leadership teams. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a high level of commitment and dedication to meeting deadlines with thorough and accurate reporting. You will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, using data strategically to drive improvements, guide key business decisions, persuade stakeholders, and solve problems. Essential Job Functions

Physical Demands, Overtime, and Travel Requirements The Salary Range for this position is $100,000.00-120,000.00 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure. Physical Demands - Work is performed primarily in an office setting and employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. Position requires the ability to speak, write, and communicate clearly. Employee may lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. In addition to physical requirements, employee must be sharp, focused, and alert while performing his or her duties and interacting with clients, coworkers, and vendors. This includes possessing the mental aptitude, cognition, concentration, and state of mind necessary to perform his or her job duties, with negligible distractions that could jeopardize employee's work productivity, quality of work, and safety to self and others. Overtime - This position is salaried with a Exempt FLSA status. Travel Requirements - Minimal to no travel beyond the greater metropolitan area of the employee's assigned district office is expected for this position.
