Fellowship Program Administrator MED-CORE-EDUC Full Time 82210BR Job Summary The Fellowship Program Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of an ACGME fellowship training program(s) and serves as the subject matter expert for fellowship administration. Depending on the size and complexity of the program(s), this role may provide day-to-day guidance to a fellowship coordinator who supports the administration of the program. The role may have a significant financial/grant management component depending on the fellowship(s). The incumbent partners with the program director(s) in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program and ensuring compliance with ACGME/GME and other regulatory requirements. This role is the primary administrative contact for trainees. Within this framework the Fellowship Program Administrator is responsible for the following programmatic aspects of the fellowship(s):
***NOTE: This is a hybrid role. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $92,900 - $153,100 (Annual Rate). The DOM has an annual budget of ~$500M across three sites with ~3,000 employees. The DOM comprises 22% of all UCSF faculty, 26% of the SOM's faculty, and 20% of the SOM budget. For the past 30 years, the DOM has consistently ranked among the top four departments of medicine in the country, and in the past seven years, the department has been the number one recipient of NIH research dollars.
