SUMMARY The Labor & Employment Compliance Specialist role manages projects related to labor and employment (L&E) compliance from initiation to completion. Additionally, this role provides key support to internal and external counsel on L&E-related litigation, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings. This position reports to the company's L&E attorney(s) within the legal department. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
