Major Duties/Responsibilities:




  • Demonstrates HCW's guest service expectations and THC values



  • Monitors and supports to ensure efficiency and product execution in both the Kitchen and Bakery



  • Prepares the area appropriately for the expected business level



  • This position ensures that product is displayed and served according to SOPs.



  • Ensures food Preparation areas are in compliance with HACCP and food safety policies to ensure safe preparation and service of all food items



  • Support Food Service production through operational tasks including but not limited to; providing quality control of both savory and sweet products, consistency of production and product display/presentation, support supply management, and drive waste management initiatives



  • Ability to monitors cash handling according to HCW Cash Handling Policy.



  • Ability to preform supervisor functions of the POS system



  • Task training of new employees



  • Demonstrate and ensure employees comply with HCW policies and procedures



  • Communicates and trains area employees as directed by management



  • Support inventory management within the Food and Beverage department



  • Support functions of Jolt Checklists, including but not limited to completing daily checklists, supporting follow up on checklists, and providing Jolt knowledge



  • Work in close partnership and collaboration with the Sr. Area Coordinator of Experience



  • In addition, this position will assist the Department Manager with departmentally specific duties and objectives when needed.



Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:




  • The job requires walking/standing for 5 - 8 hours per shift



  • Must be able to Push/Pull/Lift/Carry 25-60 lbs.



  • The job may require constant repetitive use of the hands/wrist/forearms which may include scooping ice cream for extended periods of time



  • Cleaning the work area will be required



  • Overhead lifting may be required



  • Bending/Stooping/Twistingwill be required



  • Must have Food Safe Handler certification within 90 days of hire



  • Exceptional customer service skills



  • Ability to work in and contribute to a team



  • Basic math skills



  • Ability to react quickly to changing operational situation.





Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:




  • Individual with a high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required





  • At least 1 year of experience in high volume kitchen production setting is required



  • Experience serving alcohol is preferred but not required
