Job Description
ECU Department of Global Academic Initiatives in conjunction with ITCS Academic Technologies is currently seeking several student assistants to provide technical support for the Global Understanding (GU) program.

Responsibilities include:
* Attending assigned GU courses each class day and providing support to those classes including making computers available, establishing videoconferencing links, helping students with chatting programs, and troubleshooting when challenges arise.
* Working with international partners to coordinate, test, and troubleshoot technology to be used for the Global Understanding course.

Successful candidates should be reliable and willing to learn, self-motivated, able to provide good customer service, and have good problem solving and communication skills. Training for the technology and support procedures/processes will be conducted before the semester starts.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Experience or interest in interacting and working with people from other countries/cultures.
