Summary of role

The Logistics Manager will manage the daily logistics for MK-6240, NAV-4694 and Prostate Franchise PNT2002 and PNT2003 including products transported to customers throughout the country and world that do not have local product manufacturing capabilities. The Logistics Manager will determine product availability and radioactivity, calibration times, arrange flights, pickup, deliveries, cancellations and returns. And will produce cost analysis models and will monitor and resolve issues regarding the availability and delivery of products.

We are seeking a Logistics Manager for the Lantheus MK-6240, NAV-4694 and Prostate Franchise PNT2002 and PNT2003. This person should be able to:



  • Manage the creation process of the domestic and international shipping documentation based on orders entered by our Customer Service Group
  • Ability to establish a distribution network for a pharmacy network for both ground and air transport
  • Ability to map customers to active pharmacy and identify the proper shipping lanes to stay within expiration time of the product
  • Manage the transfer of product to the Carrier network with all internal policies and requirements to ensure the safe and legal tender of our products worldwide
  • OTIF process to ensure tracking of outbound packages are delivered within the requested delivery dates and times
  • Monitor packages in transit and report the OTIF data and communicate with couriers to troubleshoot delayed packages
  • Provide a long-term solution and distribution model to avoid encountering any delivery delays
  • Ability to work cross functionally with various departments (Customer Service, Finance, etc.)
  • Ability to book charter flights and ground transportation for short shelf-life products via specialized couriers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Quick problem-solving skills
  • Manage day to day logistic routing of MK and NAV from PMF to customer sites when product is not manufactured locally
  • Ability to perform the freight accruals monthly, receive and review monthly courier aging reports
  • An understanding of how to manage the freight budget and can review monthly outbound and inbound freight charges and report back unfavourability or favorability against the freight budget

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Radiopharmaceuticals Distribution and Commercial PET Manufacturing
  • Experience in radiopharmaceutical distribution and logistics
  • One to two years successful customer service experience with strong organization skills
  • Efficient in the use of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work across time zones, after hours and weekends may be necessary
  • Experience leading and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, patient, organized, and collaborative
  • Professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dependable and responsible in a fast-paced, technical environment



Other Requirements



  • Must complete relevant DOT and IATA certifications
  • Compliance trainings to be able to make decisions that are within regulatory compliance
