Job Summary

Responsible for the planning and management of human and technical resources to ensure the fulfillment of client specifications. Set objectives and strategies to create a culture of total quality and achieve continuous improvement

Main Activities:



  • Promote the organization's vision, mission, and values.
  • Understanding and comprehension of the continuous improvement policies.
  • Train all levels of the area, in the principles of continuous improvement.
  • Support in the definitions of key indicators.
  • Monitoring and tracking of indicators.
  • Create and track FMDS boards.
  • Document and implementation of worksheets for visual aids.
  • Conduct audits of the different areas of the PDC.
  • Follow-up on Audit findings.
  • Document and follow-up of SOP's.
  • Promote and monitor best practices initiatives.


Requirements:



  • Minimum experience of 2 years of the continuous improvement processes.
  • Bachelor's degree diploma (Industrial engineer, foreign trade, logistics)
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate-advanced English.
