The Director, Technology Customer 360 will shape, architect and socialize strategic investments to help the organization deliver next-generation technology. Will create and communicate detailed technology architecture and implementation roadmap. Leads technical teams through design and development of technology platforms integrated with transactional systems, external data sources, and marketing activation platforms. Provides subject matter expertise on transformational initiatives and business value. This is a hybrid role in our Newton, MA office. What you will be doing:

Compensation Range: The annual starting salary of this role is between $170,000 - $190,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors. This position is also eligible for a 10% bonus plan as well as long-term incentive compensation. Benefits:
