Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

• Facilitate Huddles with all team members daily
• Assign tasks to assembly cell technicians daily
• Convey and support team goals (productivity, COQ, safety, ect.)
• Primary role is to ensure all cell technicians are supplied with what is needed to continue producing and minimize interruptions
• Documenting downtime reasons
• Assist with production as needed

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

Value Added Skills:

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 1st shift position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday-Friday
• Starting rate of pay is $20/hour
• Overtime during busy season
