KI has an opening for a Project & Service Coordinator in our Sales Operations department at our corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI.

The position will provide exceptional sales, product and/or order support to sales teams, customers, dealers and other business partners. Coordinators will be responsible for all inbound pre-sales and/or post-sales activities generated by their assigned group. Pre-sales activities will include providing quotes and pricing, updating our CRM tool (Salesforce.com) and quoting installation. Post-sales activities will include coordinating installations, transportation and delivery dates with internal departments as well as timely resolution of quality issues.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or a related field or the equivalent work experience. A minimum of 2 years customer service, sales or project management experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills are required.

This position will start on 2/3/2025. This position pays $22/hour. Full benefits package included. Apply today!
