The PositionThe Opportunity: The Lead IT Workflow Consultant position serves as a high level resource to others in the Roche Consulting team on matters related to Roche digital solutions with specific expertise centered around navify Lab Operations (formerly cobas infinity) and the broader navify portfolio. The focus of this role is the resolution of complex problems and technical issues with expert-level technical acumen for the assigned products to improve efficiency, effectiveness and quality of IT/digital solutions designed and proposed by the IT Workflow Consulting team. Primary duties involve: acting as the field subject matter expert for Roche digital products through close interactions with regional and global technical experts and product owners, serving as the lead internal resource in creating plans for technical training and mentorship of consultants, including new hires. Provides support to consultants (and in some circumstances customers) on matters related to the technical requirements of each individual module of Roche's digital products to support consultants completing critical work on areas such as solution design, solution requirements, features and benefits, solution design validation, and pre-implementation preparation prior to installation. Utilizes independent judgment and discretion in analysis of team needs, customer needs and problem solving issues that arise during the sales and implementation preparation processes. The position requires the ability to be agile in a rapidly changing, matrix organization, and be comfortable operating in an evolving, ambiguous environment. Independently analyzes and resolves most technical questions and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher levels. Provides leadership and direction in consultant training and development issues, including co-travel and mentoring staff leveraging their knowledge and expertise. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality, ingenuity, and analysis. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues . Trains, assists, and may audit the work of other consultants. Is able to work independently, with minimal need for direct supervision.

This is a remote, field-based position. Company car is provided with this position. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis is $106,100.00 to $197,00.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
