Join our dynamic team at the Immunogenetics Center, where you will apply advanced statistical methods to support research projects, clinical trials, and contribute to grant and publication efforts. As a Statistician, your expertise will be key to generating data-driven insights and advancing scientific discovery. Primary duties include: * Collaborate with researchers and faculty to design and construct databases for research projects and clinical trials. * Perform data collection, organization, and management to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Apply statistical methods and models to analyze complex datasets. * Interpret data trends, patterns, and relationships to derive actionable insights. * Develop predictive models to support research and clinical applications. * Create reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. * Provide statistical expertise to inform decision-making and strategy development. Salary Range: $32.95/hour - $67.53/hour Qualifications
* Minimum of one year of professional experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Specification, or Data Science. * Proven experience applying statistical methods to research projects, clinical trials, and/or grants and publications. * Proficiency with statistical software applications, including STATA, R, or SAS. * Demonstrated skill in designing and constructing databases. * Ability to apply statistical methods and models to analyze complex datasets. * Competency in summarizing statistical analysis and communicating data into clear, actionable insights. * Bachelor's degree in Statistics or related field is highly preferred. |
