The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the School of Medicine at the University of Virginia is seeking an Intermediate Administrative Coordinator. The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is nationally recognized for excellence in clinical care, research, and teaching. Faculty members provide expert, comprehensive care for all forms of cardiovascular disease through UVA Heart and Vascular Center. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule. Division of Cardiovascular Medicine - University of Virginia School of Medicine Responsibilities will include but are not limited to these areas:
Anticipated hiring range of $47,000 to $51,000 based on relevant experience. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated knowledge of general office practices and procedures Strong communication and organizational skills A professional manner Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while paying attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in managing physicians schedules using online platforms such as WhenToWork, Qgenda, or New Innovations Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of University policies and procedures Experience in using an Electronic Medical Record system (such as EPIC) This is a non-exempt and exempt level, benefited position.
