In this critical role, you'll analyze competitive pricing trends and spearhead revenue optimization initiatives, all while championing our commitment to translocal hospitality.

You will leverage our bespoke tech stack to forge meaningful connections and deliver measurable results. Collaborating closely with our Directors of Sales, you will refine pricing strategies and oversee distribution channels, ensuring optimal performance across each channel to maximize netRevPAR. A strong track record in revenue management and distribution within lifestyle hotels, coupled with adaptable interpersonal skills, will set you up for success in this dynamic role.

HERE'S WHAT THE JOB WOULD LOOK LIKE, ALONG WITH THE ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS.

As the Area Director of Revenue Strategy, you will lead and coordinate revenue management strategies for all hotels in your assigned cities. You will deliver critical insights into company-wide decisions impacting pricing, occupancy, revenue objectives, and commercial planning. Strong analytical skills and experience in tackling daily business challenges are vital, as you will continually assess competing hotel chains and their revenue management practices to gauge demand and formulate effective strategies. You will be responsible for implementing and refining Revenue Management policies, procedures, and strategies within a specific geographical area to maximize profits from rooms and food & beverage through effective pricing and distribution strategies.

ONGOING + EVERYDAY TASKS

SALARY: $120,000 - $140,000 + bonus eligible
