POSITION SUMMARY: The Payroll Systems Analyst role is responsible to ensure that Andersen maintains compliance with all U.S. and Canadian timekeeping requirements and operations for the enterprise. This position will create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure our timekeeping practices follow all applicable federal, state and municipal regulations. In addition, this position is responsible for supporting the business by continually assessing current processes and implementing new solutions to support each enterprise location while maintaining efficient and effective timekeeping methods. This position is also responsible for timekeeping compliance matters related to acquisitions, audits, legal claim support and reporting requests received by the business. Hybrid/Location: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. This position is located in Oak Park Heights, MN PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

COMPENSATION: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. PROFIT SHARING: In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
