The University of Virginia seeks a Program Coordinator to join The Foundry, UVA's pan-university student entrepreneurship support center. The Program Coordinator plays an essential role in creating and maintaining a welcoming space where students and alumni can connect with each other, build their businesses, find mentorship, and start their entrepreneurial journeys. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of The Foundry space and coordinates student-facing programming and events. About the Position: This position offers an exciting opportunity to support student entrepreneurs and help build a vibrant entrepreneurial community at UVA. The ideal candidate will be organized, enthusiastic about supporting student success, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Program Coordinator must be available to work some evening and weekend hours as required for events and programs. This is an on-site position located at The Foundry in Charlottesville, VA. We seek candidates committed to building an inclusive community that fosters diversity and excellence. The anticipated salary range is anticipated to be $45,000.00 - $65,000.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is a full-time, 40 hours per week, exempt level, benefited position operating during regular business hours, with the occasional need to work outside traditional business hours to attend events, conferences, or community gatherings.
