Job Summary Our IT leadership team at West Bend Insurance Company is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Personal Lines IT team. As a Delivery manager you will lead a software engineering team that is responsible for the systems and applications that enable West Bend to sell personal lines insurance. You will coach and align associates' career plans to help achieve their goals and grow their talents. You will partner with Product Owners to align the team with division and company goals and create feedback loops to measure the progress towards those goals. The experience you bring building reliable and resilient systems along with your dedication to continuous improvement and learning drives the team to delivering value sooner and safer.
