Job Overview
As an early member of the Hubbell Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence (AM CoE) in Wilmington, MA, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance and safety of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the reliability of our equipment and infrastructure, and providing oversight of safety and environmental initiatives and standards. We are an entrepreneurial team building a new manufacturing facility and as such everyone is expected to wear multiple hats and help wherever is needed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in facility management, maintenance engineering, environmental health & safety (EHS), and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments. We are looking for someone who excels in a dynamic role, effectively balancing multiple responsibilities across different areas of facility operations, maintenance, and logistics. #LI-SL1 A Day In The Life
