Your Role With Us:

Salem Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Urology Medical Director to lead our Urology team. This leadership role combines administrative oversight with direct clinical care, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of urological services in the Willamette Valley. With a robust practice and a collaborative team, you will help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

As the Urology Medical Director, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and staff development. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and fostering a multidisciplinary approach to urological care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Background/Expertise:

* Degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited institution.

* Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited Urology Surgery Residency.

* Current, unrestricted Oregon medical license and DEA number.

* Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology Surgery by the American Board of Urology.

    * Prior medical practice or leadership experience preferred.
