Key Responsibilities New Product Introduction (NPI) * Coordinate and manage product launches using Wrike, ensuring smooth execution and alignment. * Develop and update Sales Resource Pages (SRPs) with essential content. * Collaborate with Product Managers to monitor NPI progress through regular meetings. Creative Content Development * Design high-quality digital and print materials, including graphics, flyers, and web banners, using Adobe Suite or Canva. * Produce engaging video content with InVideo and coordinate with internal designers and the Branding & Marketing Communications team for additional support. Digital Marketing & Campaigns * Create and schedule email campaigns and social media posts for NPIs through HubSpot. * Regularly maintain and optimize contact databases. Website Management * Update website content, including product databases, blogs, and technical resources. * Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate website updates. Tradeshow & Event Support * Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, conferences, and other technical marketing events. * Ensure timely delivery of materials, product samples, and promotional assets. * Collaborate with internal teams to create promotional assets for events. Analytics & Reporting * Track and report performance metrics for websites, social media, and email campaigns using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Hotjar. Tool & Subscription Management * Oversee tools like Adobe Suite, InVideo, and HubSpot, ensuring seamless team access and subscription renewals. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience. * Experience: 3+ years in marketing, NPI coordination, or project management. Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and video editing tools. * Experience with project management platforms like Wrike or Jira. * Familiarity with HubSpot for email, social media, and CRM. * Basic knowledge of website content management systems. Soft Skills: * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Why YAGEO Group?
