Job Overview

Our Sales Enablement team is seeking a Sales Enablement Content Specialist to work from our Corporate Office in Green Bay. This individual will be responsible for creating and designing engaging content and collateral within our Sales Enablement platform (Highspot) and will develop internal sales communications and e-mail campaigns. This role will design visual content to support and enhance the sales teams efforts, and ensure that all content and communications are aligned within the company's brand and messaging. This position includes a salary between $60-$75,000 but can fluctuate based on experience level.

Responsibilities



  • Use Highspot and other design tools to develop and design high-quality sales collateral including presentations, playbooks battle cards, case studies tailored for sales use, e-mail templates and other sales materials.
  • Assist sales reps in creating late stage closing presentations assembling and curating presentations to specific projects and accounts.
  • Manage and produce internal communications including newsletters, announcements, and updates, to keep the sales team informed about new initiatives, product competitions and promotions.
  • Create promotional videos for launches and other communications.
  • Execute personalized email campaigns and templates to support sales initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of sales enablement efforts.



What you Need to Succeed



  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.
  • Proven success in creating impactful sales collateral for B2B sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to create content that aligns with sales objectives.
  • Exceptional writing and design skills, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar.
  • Ability to analyze data from engagement metrics to improve content relevance and effectiveness.
