Summary: This Business Solutions Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that business goals align with technical capabilities to support the on-going changing needs of the organization. This position will break down complex problems and recommend practical solutions to support the Strategic Planning Team. The Business Solutions Analyst is also responsible for working as a liaison between the business and the technology team, helping to identify and document functional requirements for the creation or maintenance of the Business Solutions applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Creatio (CRM), and SSRS/Power BI reporting requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or the equivalent of 5 years of related experience working in a financial services organization. A strong understanding of how to collect, validate, analyze and report on data is critical to this role. Skills needed:
Computer/Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint, Teams, SSRS/Power BI, Understanding of Core System and Banking Processes, ERM/CRM tools; Creatio Experience a plus Work Environment and Physical Demands: The working conditions and physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
