Job Details Physician/Faculty - General Anesthesiology - Thomas Jefferson University Hospital - Center City PhiladelphiaJob Description Physician/Faculty - General Anesthesiology - Thomas Jefferson University Hospital - Center City Philadelphia Thomas Jefferson University Hospital (TJUH), a premier academic health center located in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking a board certified/eligibleanesthesiologist for a full-time position at the Instructor, Assistant / Associate Professor rank. The Anesthesiology Department at Jefferson delivers over 50,000 anesthesia cases at TJUH, Vickie & Jack Farber Institute for Neuroscience, and Jefferson Surgical Center. The department provides a broad variety of routine and complex anesthesia services for cardiac, orthopedic, neurosurgery, GI, liver, obstetrical, pediatric, and many other service lines. Applicants should have an interest in teaching and will be expected to be an active participant in educating residents and fellows. Time is available for academic, scholarly and administrative pursuits. Pennsylvania licensure is required. Academic rank and compensation will be based on training and experience.
