Senior Specialist Email Marketing-Remote

Bright Horizon's is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for overseeing email marketing programs targeting the employees of Bright Horizons clients. This individual will focus on the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategy to promote Bright Horizons' family of solutions across channels including email, SMS, and landing pages.

What you will be doing:

  • This role is remote eligible, however we will give priority to candidates in the Boston area

  • Work closely with marketing automation team to support and implement the strategy and execution of marketing programs that target Bright Horizon's clients and Client Employees.

  • Lead execution of client and employee email campaigns through the use of Marketing Cloud Manage creation of marketing collateral, including email, SMS messages, print, and digital assets for promoting Bright Horizons services to client employees.

  • Review, implement, and enforce appropriate use of company brand materials and copy across all marketing collateral.

  • Gather data and analyze marketing performance for email campaigns, launch webinars, content platforms, digital assets, mobile app, operational websites

  • Work closely with Creative Services, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time and meet quality standards.

What we hope you bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred or 3+ years or relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • 3+ years of Experience in marketing, communications, or related field. Experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing preferred.

  • Ability to lead projects and take initiative on ideas with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility to adjust roles and responsibilities to meet the needs of an evolving and fast-growing marketing organization.

  • Knowledgeable and adept at Microsoft OS, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Outlook.

  • Experience with marketing automation, email marketing tools, and HTML print-on-demand systems, and providing creative direction a plus.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams and providing direction/feedback

Compensation Range:

The annual starting salary for this position is between $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening.
