3000 Davita Way,Deland,Florida,32724-2039,United States of America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Coordinator I, Quality (Lab) provides general administrative support and assistance to Quality Assurance department of DaVita Labs. The general office assistance is performed with daily supervision or instructions of the teammates within Quality. This position reports to the Manager, Quality (Lab). ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support Quality Assurance department. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: File and organize department records and information Order and manage supplies Take notes during meetings and prepare professional minutes Coordinate departmental calendars and meetings Coordinate departmental telecommunications Proofread and assist in the preparation of formal documentation suitable for compliance organization and inspections Coordinate teammate travel Prepare expense reports EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 0-2 years experience must have high school diploma or equivalent Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - required Deal with confidential information using discretion and judgment - required At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
