Regional Clinic Manager | Viroqua Family Medicine

Schedule Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is seeking afull-time Regional Clinical Manager supporting our Family Medicine Clinic in Viroqua, WI.

What you will do:

• Fulfill a 1.0 FTE; salaried position
• Provide management and oversee the delivery of specialized clinical services throughout the Viroqua Family Medicine department
• Manage and lead an experienced team of approximately 30staff to ensure optimal functioning in day-to-day operations, including RNs, MAs, Patient Liaisons, Regional Business Office Coordinator, and Department Supply Specialist
• Work collaboratively with the Clinical Operations Director, Department Chair, and Section Chairto achieve department strategic goals
• This position is based out of Viroqua with occasional travel to La Crosse

What you need:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a health-related field; nursing is preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of clinical/healthcare experience; strong candidates will have prior leadership experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Ideal candidate will have:
