MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years prior experience preferred.Certain laboratory locations may require phlebotomy training that includes a minimum of 100 hoursrotation within an inpatient hospital setting/physician office. (and usually 150 successful sticks)
