We are searching for a talented and self-driven Bioinformatics Software Engineer II to join our computational team in the newly established Computational Immuno-Oncology Shared Resource (CIOSR), a key pillar in MSK's immuno-oncology transformation where they will focus on establishing computational support for immune monitoring and also expanding broader IO efforts. You will be working closely with engineers, computational biologists, and researchers. The CIOSR will provide both computational support while also recommending a set of options for in house and standard MSK pipelines to generate enhanced datasets. Examples of supported assays are flow cytometry analysis, bulk and single cell T-cell and B-cell receptor sequencing analysis and clone tracking, to name a few. You will be responsible for designing a data architecture to leverage and integrate in house immuno-oncology datasets, visualizing and interpreting data for a varied userbase, and implementing modern AI workflows.
