What You Will Do:

• Complete production transactions to report daily manufactured materials products.
• Support clerical requirements for the operations team.
• Addressesdepartmental paperwork and provide divisional inventory support.
• Assists in researching discrepancies on cycle counts and material variances.
• Uses a warehouse management system to track inventory movements for accuracy
• Tracksdepartmental data and generatesapplicable reports as needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

Position Details:

• Plant location: Garyville, LA
• Work week and shift: Nights, 3 PM to 11:30 PM + occasional overtime required

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience with SAP or similar MRP system
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• No Immigration Sponsorship available for this opportunity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate orBachelor'sdegree in a related field
• Previous experience in a warehouse, transportation, shipping and receiving related capacity.
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication and mathematical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in inventory transactions and processes
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a team player
• Work under limited supervision
