Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to support our expanding IT organization. As the Principal Financial Analyst, Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial framework of our growing IT operations, which encompasses Business Applications, Network and Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. In this key position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial oversight, ensuring compliance with GxP regulations, and upholding the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) for our publicly traded life sciences company. Your role will involve leading the financial management processes within the IT organization and facilitating the effective management of IT General Controls (ITGC). Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions * Manage the facilitation of the IT budget, including quarterly budget vs. actual analysis, planning, and ad-hoc reporting. * Oversee IT financial management and management of purchase order requisition and monthly accrual process. * Manage and approve software and hardware requests. Work with suppliers and internally-managed services to manage and procure hardware as necessary. * Manage the overall relationship with Gartner to ensure we receive defined value-added services. * Oversee the IT Compliance strategy by providing assurance that adequate ITGCs & security controls are operating effectively in partnership with internal audit. * Collaborate with IT and various business teams to ensure IT General Controls (ITGC) and processes specific to Sarbanes Oxley ACT (SOX) are effectively managed across the organization. * Facilitate the Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual IT General Controls (ITGC) as defined in Lantheus' SOX controls. * Actively promotes safety rules and awareness and continually demonstrate good safety practices, including the appropriate use of protective equipment. * Actively demonstrates the Lantheus values of accountability, quality, customer service, efficiency, collaboration, and safety. Basic Qualifications * BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Information Technology / Computer Science, with 7+ years of progressive experience in analytical roles of increasing responsibility, or equivalent * Experience in ITGC and SOX controls a must. * Experience in the life science industry preferred. * Experience in the following areas is an: ERP Systems, Computer System Validation, and IT Change Controls. * Managing budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycle across multiple IT groups is required. * Ability to identify gaps between where we are and where we need to be. * Strong collaboration and communications skills with the ability to work in a team dynamic across multiple functional organizations. * Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Creative, original thinker, not constrained by status quo, and shows initiative with conceptual intelligence.
