A LARGE PROVIDER OF AUTO, HOME AND LIFE INSURANCE HERE IN THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST IS HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. TO SUPPORT NEW AND EXISITNG CLIENTS TOWARDS SIGNING UP, EXISTING CLAIMS, EDUCATING AND TO PROVIDE OVERALL CLARITY AND SUPPORT OVER THE PHONE. DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY PAY: $47,210.95 - Salary START DATE: February 3rd A local insurance company is looking to add to their customer service team! Hybrid after 90 days. Associate is in training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service. The ability to obtain a thorough understanding of Claim Center, CARE, Outlook, and telephone applications is required. This individual will handle inbound and outbound telephone service calls with respect to claims First Notice of Loss (FNOL), glass, towing and existing claims calls that roll from branch operations. The associate demonstrates sound verbal and written communication skills. While able to use prior to accrual, vacation time will accrue monthly.
