This is a full-time position (with the opportunity to discuss flexible schedule) that provides clinical social work services to patients primarily in inpatient medical units (med/surg, critical care). This position covers vacations, sick calls, and/or vacancies. Work includes collaborative practice with case management and treatment teams. Responsible for psychosocial assessment including behavioral health, substance use, adjustment to illness and hospitalization, crisis intervention, family meetings, post-hospital planning, and community resource referrals.
