LOCATION: Hybrid Sourcing support to the New York sites, including One Madison and Mid-Hudson Valley.
Position requires part time onsite presence, working directly with the Project Teams and the client to ensure comprehensive delivery of Bidding activities, Vendor selections, maintaining Vendor Relationships and Compliance. Position will also require measurements and reporting of activities outlined in Corporate and Account Goals. The right candidate will be very solution oriented, personable, and will demonstrate the JLL values of Team engagement, ethics and excellence. Provide guidance and support of Integrated Facilities client and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. Responsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives. Responsible for managing bidding process, evaluating and communicating results, and proposing Vendor choice based on category and knowledge of vendor base, diverse spend, and statement of work. Responsible for communicating and proposing solutions with the project and facility team, and the client. Responsible for tracking and reporting measurements for internal S&P goals. Be a subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management. Help to build out and implement standardized and efficient sourcing processes for the account to help streamline current program. Develop, report, and ensure adherence to sourcing plan and strategy for the account focused on cost savings, supplier consolidation, sustainability and supplier diversity. Closely participate in and with clients and Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Lead and manage all sourcing-related functions: performing due diligence and assessment of prospective suppliers, executing RFPs/bids and ensuring effective transition to operations during implementation. Regularly provide detailed status updates and communication to Supply Chain and business stakeholders. Provide management, instruction and follow-up in support of operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, supplier onboarding and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Help lead Quarterly Business Reviews with key suppliers. Support Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers. Ensure compliance to JLL's and client's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics. Help maintain data integrity in all systems and ensure required documentation is received and required process steps are completed. Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management. Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with clients and company requirements. Mentor/educate suppliers through meetings. Develop, maintain, and report KPIs for key vendors. Participate in the platform Supplier Performance Management planning and implementation. | |
