General Description: This role is responsible for analytical review of aspects related to the 340B pharmacy program at OU Health. The role will focus on utilizing reporting tools and claims analysis to drive informed financial decisions and create increased organizational performance. - Generates and analyzes reports, utilizing various reporting tools, to track key performance indicators, identify trends and assess financial health of the 340B program.
- Conducts thorough analysis of claims data to identify patterns, review eligibility, discrepancies and discover opportunities.
- Provides high-quality analytical support to senior management and department leaders to aid in strategic decision-making process for the program.
- Stays aware of regulations and compliance requirements and help ensure operations adhere to internal and external compliance policies and guidelines.
- Works as a team player to provide feedback during discussions that may challenge the thinking of others in a constructive manner.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Experience: 3 years of progressive experience in data analysis, project management, or healthcare industry required. Pharmacy tech, pharmacy retail and/or 340B experience preferred. License(s)/Certification(s)/Registration(s) Required: 340B Ace certification preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in utilizing reporting tool and electronic health records.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Epic preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims data and reimbursement methodology.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a strong focus utilizing Excel.
