VIP Travel Agent(Remote) Full time, United States In this role, you will perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers and be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). This position is dedicated to relocation travel. You will be the primary point of contact for global relocation travelers and occasionally executive-level travelers. You will provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products. This is for a Life Science account. As a VIP Travel Agent you will Expertly use the appropriate the BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules Maintain, actively communicate, and seek expansion of current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported About you Experience in VIP travel Extensive international experience is a must including passport/visa requirements Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes Strongskills in GDS Sabre Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with attention to detail on email etiquette Strong MS Officeskills This is a blended position, both voice and email transactions Experience working in a team environmentand also independently Ability to work closing shift through8:30pm ET About us We're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position ofVIP Travel Consultant is between $55,000 and $65,000.
