Your Role on the Team This position provides effective project management support for clinical research activation, utilizing standardized methods and tools to ensure timely execution of studies. The role involves communicating and coordinating with faculty, staff, external sponsors, contract research organizations, and vendors to manage study tasks and deliverables. The successful candidate will master the execution of routine tasks associated with the study activation process, including email communication and proficiency in internal and external systems. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating study activation-specific reports, evaluating and processing initial and amended study documents, overseeing portfolios of new and amended clinical studies, and implementing repeatable project management processes from proposal to completion. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, proficient in Excel databases and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom), able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team, and familiar with project management lifecycle, waterfall and agile methodologies.
