We are hiring a UGK Workforce Management Analyst to join our team remotely. This role will require paid travel! Job Title: UGK Workforce Management Analyst Job Summary: The UGK Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing workforce management processes to ensure efficient and effective utilization of resources. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather and analyze data, develop workforce strategies, and implement solutions to improve workforce productivity and performance. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. * Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization. * Collaborate with department heads and team leads to understand workforce needs and provide recommendations. * Monitor and report on workforce performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and attendance. * Conduct regular audits of workforce management processes and systems to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement. * Provide training and support to managers and employees on workforce management best practices and tools. * Assist in the development and maintenance of workforce management policies and procedures. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. * Proven experience in workforce management, data analysis, or a similar role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in workforce management software and tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills. Top Experience Needed: 1. UKG- Workforce Management 2. Analyst Experience- need to turn requirements into setting up the workforce management areas within UKG 3. Payroll- Don't need to have specific payroll experience, but if they can understand how the workforce management impacts payroll, that will be helpful. Working Conditions: * This position may require occasional travel. * The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or address urgent workforce management issues. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $85.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
