Who is Saint Louis University? Founded in 1818, Saint Louis University is one of the nation's oldest and most prestigious Catholic universities. JOB SUMMARY: Adjunct faculty position to teach multi-person crew techniques used in today's commercial transport aircraft. Topics to be taught include effective management of technology and people in a modern flight deck through an understanding of aircraft systems, airline operating procedures, and aviation human factors under normal, extended duration, and emergency conditions.
The use of Line Oriented Flight Training (LOFT) scenarios will be discussed in lectures and applied in the associated laboratory simulator sessions to relate content from the course to actual line operations.
Job Requirements:
Applicants will be required to have muti-person transport aircraft experience as a pilot and have attained the level of captain at a regional airline.
