Summary The BlueSkye Project Management team is responsible for managing engineered solutions, robotics and automation projects for our customers. The Company values engagement and partnership, and Project Managers who share our passion for building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving successful project outcomes. As a member of the BlueSkye Automation team the Implementation Project Manager is responsible for, though not limited to, planning and executing project deliverables within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under minimal supervision, this job utilizes deep knowledge of the project requirements to manage large-scale automation and engineering solutions projects for our customers. The Project Manager will work across multiple areas to manage deliverables related to robotics & automation, IT systems, and facilities from project initiation through customer acceptance and handover to aftermarket service. The Implementation Project Manager forms a strong relationship with the business stakeholders, customers, and key vendors, while partnering to resolve project related issues, providing project status updates and escalating issues and concerns appropriately. To be successful in this role you must be willing and able to partner with business stakeholders, "roll up your sleeves," and provide value outside of basic project management tasks. Prior project management or change management experience in one or more of the following industries or functions is preferred: robotics & automation, material handling / logistics, manufacturing, warehousing & fulfillment, facilities, or ERP implementation.
