Description Acara Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity located in Tolleson AZ About the Position: Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Location: 1975 S. 99 ^th St. Tolleson 85353 Pay Range: $21 - $26/hr. 12 hour rotating shifts available: A shift Sunday - Wednesday 5:45 am to 6pm B shift Sunday - Wednesday 5:45 pm to 6am C shift Wednesday - Saturday 5:45 am to 6pm D shift Wednesday - Saturday 5:45 pm to 6am Hours: 40 hours per week Growth Opportunities Benefits Include: 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Key Responsibilities: Load and unload installer trucks, ensuring adherence to company policies regarding Load In / Load Out procedures. Pull and assemble customer orders in preparation for shipment. Verify outbound orders for accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular inventory checks, including cycle counts, and restock as necessary. Label vendor products and maintain displays for tools, caulk, and other materials. Move, store, and replenish materials in an organized manner to maintain warehouse efficiency. Receive and inspect incoming material orders from approved vendors. Process inbound shipments, ensuring that stock is accurately received and stored. Handle customer returns, notifying management of any damaged shipments for freight claims. Ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained by performing tasks such as sweeping and trash removal. Store materials in an orderly, accessible manner and report any stock wear or defects to management. Secure loads to prevent damage and breakage during transport. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar material handling role. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Forklift experience Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
