Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Newark, DE. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• This entry-level role will provide training and the opportunity to work for a global company with a highly regulated work environment.
• A worker completes various production and manufacturing-related tasks in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.
• This role will be involved in manufacturing medical diagnostic test kits.
• This position needs to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes.
• The client will be provided with PPE.
• Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.
• Inspect and package the finished product.
• Verify raw materials to ensure batches manufactured contain correct components and quantities.
• Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues.
• Follow production area procedures and area guidelines as written.
• Comply with quality systems and regulatory agencies such as the FDA, ISO, and OSHA.
• Follow all area safety rules and procedures.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.00 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week (1^st shift).

Length: Contract (12 Months).

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Fill/Pack Finished Production Areas.

• Experiences with FDA FDA-regulated facilities, Production/Manufacturing environments, Manufacturing equipment operation, Good Documentation Practices, Good manufacturing practices, and PC Skills (MS Office Software, Outlook, Word, Documentum).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem Solving and troubleshooting.
• To learn new processes/functions and Interpersonal Skills.
• Good communicator.
• Team player.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
• Individuals will need to use a perch stool or stand in a fixed position for long periods.
• Position requires lifting materials to 50 lbs.
• Based on business needs, individuals must work overtime or be asked to modify their work hours.
