The Senior Engineer, Product Care (Sr. Engineer) is a pivotal role. In this position, the Sr. Engineer will help define the strategy, development and implementation of product improvements for the innovative ePlex System. This is an opportunity for you to leverage your solid engineering and biotechnology expertise to drive updates in design, production methods, and maintenance strategies, ensuring our diagnostic products continuously meet high standards of quality and reliability. In this fast-paced role, you will lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams to identify failure modes, analyze root causes, and implement robust solutions. Your strategic insights and ability to influence decisions will be crucial in prioritizing and making meaningful enhancements that positively impact product performance and customer satisfaction.
This role is based on-site in Carlsbad, CA. (This is not a hybrid role.) This position may require occasional travel to customer sites and manufacturing facilities. Relocation benefits are not available for this position. Who You Are: (Required)

Relocation benefits are not available for this posting. The expected salary range for this position based in Carlsbad, CA is $96,000-$179,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
