Data Governance Manager

The Data Governance Manager will be accountable for data migration, governance, strategy, and cleansing deliverables and execution. The Data Governance Manager will lead our Data Archive strategy including ERP archive, consolidation of various data sources, and retention.

Detailed Description:



  • Responsible for resources, scope, timeline, and delivery of data and analytics workstream


activities.



  • Lead the development and execution of the enterprise data strategy and governance framework.
  • Coordinates data analysts, data owners, and data migration teams to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and team efficiency.
  • Communicate challenges to key stakeholders as required and track status against established milestones.
  • Drive status reporting and collaborate with Program leads to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Coordinate data owners across different initiatives and value streams to ensure consistency and data integrity.

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications.
  • 10 + years of relevant work experience in consulting, SAP administration, and/or corporate financial systems roles



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certifications related to Data Governance or Data Management
  • Experience with ERP Archiving and Data Retention include leverage archive reporting tools and data warehouse or data lakes.
  • SAP or other certifications


Additional Details:

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
