Responsibilities & Qualifications

**This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of our West Bend, WI corporate office will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events.

    Engages in the Vendor Risk Management Program and ensures that all tasks of the function are achieved in a timely manner.
  • Provides internal support when questions and issues arise associated with vendor products or services.
  • Develops and maintains vendor risk management process documentation.
  • Executes vendor risk management projects as assigned.
  • May lead small to moderate size efforts.
  • Participates in the creation and delivery of Vendor Risk Management process training materials.
  • Carries out research on Vendor Risk Management issues and keeps abreast of the latest technology, regulations, and industry best practices to address vendor related risks.
  • Acts as a process liaison, supporting contract owners and risk management assessment team members.
  • Performs vendor analysis and contract reviews, negotiations, and reports on findings.
  • Assists with developing and implementing process improvement solutions related to vendor processes.

Preferred Experience and Skills

  • Two to four years of experience in contract, risk management, business continuity, or compliance related role
  • Ability to perform tasks autonomously and under limited supervision
  • Ability to perform risk, business impact, control assessments
  • Ability to analyze requirements and relate them to appropriate mitigation controls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management or related experience
