Associate Business Analyst (Design Manager)

Almac Group is currently seeking an Associate Business Analyst (Design Manager) for our Lansdale, PA location. The Associate Business Analyst (Design Manager) role is a lower level of the Design Manager and the primary functions include the gathering and documentation of user requirements and facilitating with the internal Almac team to ensure successful and on time delivery of quality Almac CT systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Requirements Gathering and Client Specific Requirements Template Maintenance:

    • Gather and document requirements for subsequent builds, creating wireframes and upload into the Requirements Management System; formatting of client documents, and application of client standards. Perform requirements updates and to maintain client specific requirements templates.


  • Systems Implementation:

    • Preparing UAT guidance documents, reviewing and updating the UAT scripts, UAT data set up and loading users and sites, perform internal assessments/internal UATs and support client assessments/client UATs for initial and subsequent builds,


  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform tasks that are of administrative nature, i.e. deactivating users in UAT environment, turning off ADO in stage, manage decision logs, and meeting minutes, creating study specific Live Project Review template, completion of WI-XFUN-9 forms etc.


  • Systems Maintenance:

    • Pre-Work assessment, and application of linkages to requirements.




Qualifications:
Required Experience / Education:


  • High School diploma with a minimum of (3) years of industry experience OR
  • Associate's degree (Minimum of two (2) years of college with a minimum of one (1) year of industry related experience
  • 1+ years of experience communicating directly with clients
  • 1 year of experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Experience / Education:


  • Associate's degree (Minimum of two (2) years of college; actively working toward bachelor's degree) with a minimum of one (1) year of industry related experience OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Life Sciences, or related field
  • 1 year working experience in Healthcare, Pharma or Biotechnology environment
  • 1 year supporting Interactive Response Technology product
  • 1 year of experience communicating directly with clients
  • Experience managing multiple projects or tasks simultaneously
  • Experience within the clinical technology, life sciences or software industries setting
  • Understanding of use of IXRS in Clinical Trials
  • Experience gathering and writing technical requirements
