Description Acara Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for our client in San Leandro! We are seeking qualified candidates with: Accounts payable experience, preferably with a manufacturing organization Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Here's what you'll do: Provide financial, administrative and clerical support in the accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting area. Receive, match, process, and pay vendor invoices, bills, and other transactions. Resolve outstanding payment issues through working with Vendors, Procurement, Shipping/Receiving, and Quality Control. Support Accounting staff members and perform other duties as assigned. Position Type: Contract (6 months) Pay: Up to $30/hr. Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable or an accounting environment. Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Experience with a manufacturing company. Experience with Cost Point or any ERP software.
