Title: Senior HCMS Workday HR Talent Analyst II
Compensation: $95-130k

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday's Learning & Performance and Talent Management modules.
  • Configure and maintain HCM systems, ensuring all processes and procedures are well-documented and compliant with audit requirements and legal standards.
  • Act as the lead analyst for a business function, bridging the gap between the HCM system and the department to meet technological needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Develop roadmaps and project plans for new automations and initiatives in collaboration with business partners.
  • Work with business leaders to identify needs, trends, problems, and solutions, fostering strong relationships with functional area leadership.
  • Communicate with the Learning team regarding training, auditing practices, and problem investigation.
  • Manage significant system changes, ensuring thorough testing and documentation to prevent negative impacts.
  • Oversee the HCM calendar for their functional area, including cyclical, ad-hoc, and downstream impacts, and manage communication streams.
  • Stay updated on system releases relevant to their functional area, ensuring the implementation and testing of beneficial new features.
  • Investigate and resolve issues within the HCM systems, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Conduct system release testing for new functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the Data Analytics and IT teams to ensure their functional area fully utilizes the HCM system.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in finding solutions and automations related to HCM systems.
  • Mentor and delegate tasks to other HCM analysts, fostering team development and training.
  • Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring accurate internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risks to management.


Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Required: 7+ years of related Workday HRIS experience.
  • Experience in Workday Learning, Performance, and Talent Management.
  • Preferred: Pro badge for Learning or Performance and Talent.
  • Experience with Workday is essential.



Estimated Min Rate: $91000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $130000.00
