6+ month contract (W2 ONLY - NO C-C)


  • Our client is looking for a Product Owner to own reporting and analytics across the product team.
  • This role will help to define the long-term strategy for reporting and business intelligence within inventory management solutions.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in business intelligence and working with end user/customers to translate data into actionable insights within a B2B environment.
  • Become the go-to-expert on data, reporting and analytics across our inventory solutions
  • Own the product roadmap for data feeds, reporting, and internal dashboards
  • Develop, document, and present the business case for features to sell your roadmap vision, working in collaboration with key stakeholders (customer enablement, engineering, product management, and end users)
  • Keep a well-groomed backlog, break down features into user stories, help conduct user acceptance testing, and provide final sign-off before enhancements are deployed to production
  • Help to define success metrics for reporting across the inventory solutions, tracking customer usage and engagement of existing and new capabilities in those areas
  • Help realize customer success and drive increased engagement with reporting by promoting those new capabilities, conducting webinars, and in general supporting customer enablement and end users in the rollout of new capabilities
  • Work directly with several different engineering teams to help define and plan work, provide feedback on their work throughout the sprint, and ensure high quality for every deliverable
  • Support sales and customer enablement teams as needed with prospect and customer questions for in-depth use cases based on interesting or complex prospect needs



Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in a business intelligence or product management environment.
  • Proven track record of using data to deliver business insights as part of a B2B solution
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Power BI and its full capabilities
  • Hands-on experience working with databases and writing SQL queries
  • Must have a history of working directly with engineering teams to breakdown and plan work, provide feedback on engineering's work product, and ensure quality of engineering deliverables
  • History of collaborating with stakeholders, most notably end users but also engineering and UX to deliver differentiated product features related to business intelligence
  • Comfortable solving complex problems with ambiguous requirements, where there's not always an obvious "best" answer or approach
  • Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams on product strategy without direct authority, leading initiatives with an ownership mindset
  • Highly data-driven with a commitment to experimentation and discovery
  • Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Aha is beneficial
  • Understanding of clinical operations within a healthcare setting, electronic health record (EHR) solutions, clinic or scheduling and billing processes is beneficial



Estimated Min Rate: $50
Estimated Max Rate: $60
